Join a Committee!

The Buffalo RPCV Group offers a number of committees to join that will help the group grow, discover volunteer opportunities, conduct fun social events, manage finances, and spread the word about the Peace Corps throughout Western New York. The full list of the committees is below with descriptions. If you are interested in joining a committee, please email buffalorpcv@yahoo.com with your name, your email, and which committee you would like to be a part of.

If you have a background in accounting, finance, or procuring donations, this is the committee for you.

Events Committee: Does planning and executing events or volunteer opportunities sound like something that you are interested in? This is the committee that does just that. From social events to large group gatherings to new restaurant tastings to local volunteering, the Events Committee conducts all of it. They work concomitantly with the Publicity and Finance Committees.
